Yes, we guarantee the exchange of our products within 7 days from the date of your receipt. Please note that each order provides only one opportunity for exchanging items. We recommend that you inspect the product immediately upon delivery. If an exchange is needed, please return the product with its original packaging. Please be advised that due to hygiene concerns, products cannot be returned if they are not in their original packaging, or if they have been damaged by human factors or improper storage. To provide the best experience for our users, we have designed our own recipe to produce a bar of soap that is long-lasting. We recommend using a soap foaming net, purchasing two soaps, or cutting a handmade soap into two pieces to alternate use and allow enough time for the soap to dry, which can help prolong the life of the soap. Typically, our bars of soap can last for one season to half a year.

Our soaps are made with natural ingredients and contain no added chemical foaming agents. You may simply place the soap inside a soap foaming net with a little water, and rub it gently to create enough soft lather to gently cleanse your skin.

Handmade soap does not have an expiry date, and can generally be stored for one to two years or even longer. To ensure the soap lasts as long as possible, please store it in a cool and dry place, and avoid exposing it to direct sunlight.

Yes, our soaps are “Palm Free. All Natural,” and are created using 100% pure, simple ingredients. We do not add any chemical preservatives or additives such as parabens and Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS). Additionally, we do not use chemical fragrances or colourants. All of the colours and scents in our soaps come from their natural ingredients.

Our soaps do not contain added chemical fragrances, all of the scents come from its natural ingredients. Not all of our soaps have a strong scent of essential oils because the production of cold process soaps requires a long period of curing, the scents of essential oils may fade over time.

The minimum order quantity for a custom order is 550g (approximately 10 pieces at 55g each). For breastmilk soap, 100 ml of breastmilk is needed for every 550g of soap.

The standard weight of our customised soap is 55g (+/- 5g) or 85g (+/- 5g). However, we also welcome custom size requests based on your preferences.

Our standard packaging includes wrapping the soap in wax paper with a tailor-made sticker (either provided by the client or selected from two available styles).
