Nephele & Ethan – Mugwort Breast Milk Soap & Calendula Breast Milk soap

Recommended by a friend, Nephele invited us to customise breastmilk soap for her newborn baby and her family. As a long-time user of handmade soaps, Nephele favoured herbal soaps. We designed Mugwort Breast Milk Soap & Calendula Breast Milk soap for her. Mugwort is a herb known for anti-allergy and traditionally meaning blessings for safety. In ancient times, Chinese people used Mugwort to beg for safety and calm their soul. Mugwort Breast Milk Soap is made with a hefty amount of extra-virgin olive oil, making it completely gentle for babies. On the other hand, the Calendula Breast Milk Soap is made with Calendula-infused extra-virgin olive oil that we have been infusing for years, making it powerfully repairing for sensitive skin.

Handmade soap can be a memorable and precious gift, especially when made with love and breast milk by a mother. We customised the name of Nephele’s beloved newborn baby, “Ethan Soap,” and the baby’s birthdate, “09 06 2019,” on the soap. We also tailor-made a special sticker for them, making the soaps even more memorable. “So beautiful! You literally made this with heart. Thank you for making such a beautiful gift for me. It’s totally meaningful!” said Nephele when she saw her own soap.

We thank Nephele, the lovely mom, for trusting us with this special project. We are honoured to have our soaps become a precious gift between a mother and a son.
