Wedding Anniversary Gift – Homemade Patchouli Soap
Nicole, who lives in a village house, has grown three flourishing green patchouli plants on her terrace. Every bunch is as pretty as a little flower with a hint of herbal fragrance. As her cotton wedding anniversary gift, Nicole picked her own patchouli and gave them to us to make the Patchouli Soap. When Nicole got married, her father gave her shea butter to make handmade soaps for her family and friends. With a bottle of shea butter left, she wanted to make good use of it along with her patchouli plants. We designed an anti-allergic Patchouli Soap for her, using her freshly picked patchouli juice added to the soap, along with moisturising shea butter for dry skin and avocado oil for deep cleansing, softening, and repairing the skin.
As we were making this soap, Nicole was celebrating her two-year wedding anniversary, which is called the cotton anniversary. To make it extra special, we stamped the soap with the couple’s name, making it a unique and meaningful cotton anniversary gift.
